Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility:

You may request an exchange or return within 2 days of receiving your order. Please kindly review the product page to confirm whether your item is eligible for return or exchange.

Reverse Pickup:

We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.

Not Eligible:

Due to factors like color, quality, design, embroidery, or trims. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing, or contact customer service for further information.

How to Exchange & Return

Step 1: Initiate

To initiate your exchange or return request, please feel free to contact us via email at care@ordinaree.com or through WhatsApp at +91-7976174704.

Step 2: Shipping

We will arrange for a pickup from your address within 48 hours. If your pin code is unserviceable, we kindly request you to self-ship the order. Please ensure to include your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange with the package.

Step 3: Packaging

We kindly request that you return the item in its original packaging to ensure its protection during transit.

Step 4: Condition

Please make sure that the items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Additionally, we kindly ask that you include all original tags and labels with the return. Your attention to these details is greatly appreciated!

Step 5: Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the items, we will process your refund (as a voucher) or exchange within 10 to 15 business days.

Refund & Exchange Details

Refund Method:

All refunds will be processed as vouchers minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which will be valid for 40 days from the date of issuance.

Exchange Fee:

Exchanges will include a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please be aware that shipping charges and gift services are non-refundable. Additionally, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sale & Discount Policy

Size Exchange Only:

For items purchased at a discount or during a sale, only size exchanges are permitted, subject to availability. Please note that a return shipping fee of Rs 250 will apply for these exchanges.

Final Sale:

Please be informed that items purchased during sales or with promotional codes are not eligible for returns, and all sales are considered final.

Missing or Damaged Items

Report Immediately:

If you receive an item that is damaged or missing, we kindly ask that you report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your package. Your prompt communication will help us assist you more effectively.

Proof Required:

To assist us in processing your claim efficiently, please provide an unboxing video along with photographs of both the item and its packaging, including all the tags.

Resolution:

Our dedicated customer care team will thoroughly review your claim and strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience during this process!

Cancellation Policy

12-Hour Window:

Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. In such cases, the refund will be issued as a voucher.

After 12 Hours:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations after 12 hours from the time of order placement.

International Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please be aware that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To request a cancellation, kindly email us at care@ordinaree.com.

Additionally, please note that customs duties and taxes will be assessed upon delivery, based on the specific regulations of the destination country. Thank you for your understanding.
