Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE POLICY
We take utmost care to deliver products that meet your expectations. Every item goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch.

Exchange Eligibility:

1. Available for domestic orders only.
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. 
3. Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery via email at care@ordinaree.com or call +91-7976174704.
4. Please note: Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered valid reasons for exchange.

Exchange Process:

1. A ₹200 processing fee per item applies to cover reverse logistics and inspection.
2. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 48–72 hours after approval.
3. Once received and verified, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
4. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note valid for 30 days will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24–48 hours while placing it, whichever is earlier. (Only for COD & domestic orders)
2. If you want to cancel a prepaid order, you will only be issued a credit voucher.
3. A ₹250 transaction fee will apply when issuing credit notes.

5. If we cancel an order due to unavailability or listing errors, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
6. International & prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

1. We do not offer refunds once a product is delivered.
2. Refunds are only issued if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, after verification. (Product opening video is mandatory)
3. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
